Psychotherapy
Therapy offers a space to slow down and listen more closely to your inner life. My role is to help you explore the relationship between what you are aware of and what remains hidden, so you no longer feel at odds with yourself. Together we enter into a thoughtful dialogue that deepens the meaning of your experience and supports the changes you seek.
Often, the sense of feeling at odds with ourselves has deep roots. We are all creatures of adaptation. Long before we have words, we begin learning how to respond to the world around us in order to feel safe and secure. Over time we internalize the expectations of parents, culture, and circumstance, often in ways that no longer serve our growth and create inner tension. This tension is not something to fix or silence, but something to understand.
As we bring steady attention to what is unfolding within, something begins to shift. We move toward greater authenticity and balance. Therapy becomes a process of realigning with your own nature and discovering a way of living that feels more grounded, meaningful, and whole.

From dusk to dawn, spring to fall.
My Approach
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. You are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to listen closely for what resonates for you and what does not. Together we explore your values, your barriers, and the tensions that shape your life.
My work is grounded in Jungian depth psychology and guided by ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), while drawing from CBT, Internal Family Systems, and other evidence-based approaches when helpful. I integrate these perspectives to meet your individual needs rather than applying a fixed method.
I take an active and collaborative role in therapy. At times I offer direct feedback, structure, and practical tools. At other times we slow down to explore the deeper emotional and symbolic dimensions of your experience. We work together to understand patterns, clarify meaning, and develop new ways of responding to life.
At its core, therapy is a process of bringing awareness to what feels divided within, aligning your actions with your values, and supporting your capacity for meaningful change.
What We Work With
People seek therapy for many reasons. Our work may include:
-
anxiety and overwhelm
-
depression or loss of vitality
-
adult ADHD and focus challenges
-
difficulties in intimate relationships
-
insomnia or sleep concerns
-
life transitions and career uncertainty
-
questions of meaning, direction, and identity
Often symptoms are not simply problems to eliminate but signals pointing toward deeper needs, conflicts, or possibilities for growth.
What Therapy Looks Like
Therapy is a collaborative and ongoing process.
Sessions typically occur weekly and involve open dialogue, reflection, and practical exploration of your experience. Together we may examine patterns of thinking, emotional responses, behavior, and relationships. At times this includes structured exercises, reflection between sessions, or new ways of approaching difficult situations.
Our work balances insight and action. We explore deeper questions of meaning while also identifying concrete steps that support change in your daily life. Over time, therapy helps you develop greater awareness, agency, and a more grounded relationship with yourself and others.
